Well, You can't spell "CoshOCTOn" without the word "OCTO" as in Octopoda, ie: Octopus... so it's just shortened to "POD" and as for the "Goggles" it's referring to "Steampunk", which is a creative subgenre of science fiction or science fantasy that incorporates technology and aesthetic designs inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. Sorry if we have you confused! Just think of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne, The Time Machine by H.G. Wells or The Steam Man of the Prairies by Edward S. Ellis... then include Pirates of the Caribbean!

Pod & Goggles is an industrial, sweetly gothic, locally themed restaurant, lounge and entertainment destination located in the LOW-DOW District. Many call it Squid Row!

The total cost of the "reservation" is you pre-paying for your entire tables meals via ONLINE ahead of time. These meals are served "family style", so all FOUR table passengers should board hungry!
